As a healthcare technology company, PH.AI’s AI platform is trained specifically for oncology, leverages proprietary and unique data sources, and integrates seamlessly into the existing workflows of healthcare manufacturers, providers, and payers, with the goal of improving oncology outcomes. Position Summary

This position will be a dynamic one, responsible for the success of commercial client engagements with life science companies. The position will be responsible for project management of key customer projects, in addition to supporting account development activities. A successful candidate will be able to understand customers’ needs with a strong sense of how Precision Health AI capabilities and products can be deployed to support.


  • Understand client / product needs and translate them into tactical deliverables (data, analytics, products) with defined goals and timelines
  • Lead teams to analyze visualize, interpret, and contextualize results that have high impact for clients
  • Understand internal and external workflows, serving as a key bridge between commercial needs and internal data operations, data sciences, and analytics processes
  • Project management across all departments in support of commercial success
  • Support Business Development efforts in project scoping activities to inform project definition and success upon execution
  • Create and manage delivery timelines, communicating progress both internally and externally
  • Represent Precision Health AI at key customer accounts, as a delivery leader and evangelist of Precision Health AI capabilities and the value of data in the fight against cancer
  • Manage external partnerships that may be engaged to help deliver on client-related projects
  • Communicate “voice of the customer” to internal product development stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 to 5 years work experience within a life sciences, analytics, or consulting firm
  • Strong organizational project management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing (read: rapidly growing) environment and highly cross-functional work
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – strong PowerPoint and Excel skills critical
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Past experience interacting with pharmaceutical clients
