As a healthcare technology company, PH.AI’s AI platform is trained specifically for oncology, leverages proprietary and unique data sources, and integrates seamlessly into the existing workflows of healthcare manufacturers, providers, and payers, with the goal of improving oncology outcomes. Our Product Management and Development groups are vital to our success and are leaders in driving the future growth of PH.AI.  Success in these careers relies on many factors; your ability to deal with ambiguity, your ability to adapt and embrace change, and a long-term commitment to improving health care.  The Product Analyst plays a vital role by supporting the integration of activities of product management, product development, and client services in the development, implementation and maintenance of products that align with PH.AI’s business strategy.


  • Work directly with Product, Development, and Data Science cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive successful deployment of new and enhanced products
  • Drive project management initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing and analyzing
  • Influence operational actions across teams to ensure alignment and cohesive progress across technology and product operations
  • Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment
  • Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
  • Contribute to product development and client efforts as assigned
  • Support marketing initiatives in providing product content for marketing, sales, communications, and training

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Project Management or Product Management experience
  • 2+ years of health care experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing change initiatives
  • Strong skills presenting complex data and processes to stakeholder teams
  • Strong process improvement skills and experience
  • Ability to organize and thrive in a fast- paced environment and work with ambiguity
  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable relationship building
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervisory oversight
